Are
you looking around at other believers’ lives and feeling less
blessed when it comes to God’s blessings? I’ve sung many
times “We’ll understand it all bye and bye.” I have
received questions and heard discussions lately from several
people concerning why God isn’t blessing their lives? Some of
those conversations pronounce all the things they are doing right
for God. Others complained that God wasn’t keeping His Word or
was slack in producing as promised.
Now,
we
know from Scripture that God is a good God who loves to bless His
children (Matt. 7:11).
“If
ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your
children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give
good things to them that ask him?”
Let
us not forget, God
knows our hearts, our capabilities, and what lies
just ahead
for us, so if He choose not to bless in a certain area, that will
be a blessing in itself.
Based
on thirty-seven years in law enforcement watching over the good
and the bad and twenty years as a bible School adult class
teacher, I have concluded God is always on target in lives. I
have seen the blessings of God come and restore blessings in my
life and in the lives of others.
Over
the next ten lessons (hopefully one each day) God will speak of
some of the reasons you might falsely accuse Him of negligence. The first
will be presented in His Will Sept 18, 2019. There are 10 Reasons
God might not be blessing ‘Your Life’:
