  Perfect Union “ We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.” I am sure most everyone recognizes the beginning lines of America’s Constitution. But, what is this document that is so well known? The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the United States of America. The Constitution, delineates the frame work of the workings of our government. Invictus

  Invictus “ Out of the night that covers me, Black as the pit from pole to pole, I thank (God) whatever gods may be For my unconquerable soul.” [William Ernest Henley, 1888] Many interpretations are available for “Invictus.” Though the subjects to whom the advice is given is nearing death, they are encouraged to persevere. Though the challenges are seemingly insurmountable each is faced courageously without fear. However, they know at God’s appointed time , they will be compelled to enter the horrid palace of death. The time of their departure does not matter much for the strait gate of pearl is open to them. The pain of dying is not welcomed. Tomorrow

  Tomorrow I know we all look to tomorrow with anticipation that it will come and with it all the manifestations of our labor. Yet, there is a time appointed to die. The day is sealed in the bosom of Abraham; God. Ofttimes some idolize others who seemingly know more and have gained more than they themselves have obtained. Therefore there is a great danger in loving man more than God. Know this: tomorrow may never come. Live as if you share the dream of the di s c iples.
