Loving Faith

Loving Faith

God’s word says it best. Therein is a call to good works but I say our good works are only acts of love dispensed wherever needed. We children of God live by faith and hope in no other solution rather we cling to God’s loving hand. Faith lives in the loving heart and cannot be dislodged by trials and troubles. Feigned faith is not faith at all and will wither before the storm; Peter sank. Our righteousness is as filthy rags in the sight of God but our faith is a shield of blood shed in great love.
Romans 1:17For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. Caring for others Is the Best Way to Live out Your Faith”
1 Corinthians” 13:13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.”

James 1:27 says, “Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.”

James keeps his focus heavily on a robust faith that is lived out by works of love that point back to God. Always remember that we are responsible to live out our faith with a love in us that yields good works. Serving others in need, giving generously, and keeping ourselves from the sinful ways of this world is how we show our love for the Father in our lives. It proves our faith establishes our Joy.

1 Timothy 1:5 Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:” (Luke 18:8) “...when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? (Romans 1:17) “For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.” (Romans 5:1) “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:”
1 Thessalonians 1:3 Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father;”
1 Thessalonians 5:8But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.”
2 Timothy 1:13 Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.”
Pressured work lacks perfection. So it is with spiritual work of love. Without love, it accomplishes nothing! Know God, know peace. Amen. 04/17/21. BLL
