When Evil is Called Good 10/24/19 Isaiah 5:20 ²⁰
Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Evil is being continuallly touted as good, and that at the top of the voice of those who would willinly destroy a nation founded on principals of good...a nation that no longer seeks the blessing of God, but thinks to supplant that blessing with the machinations of men who refuse to acknowledge Him. Meanwhile, "Christians " stand idly by wringing their hands at the change they see in all around them, yet doing noting to intervene in that change. Worse still, some, simply accept that change, unwilling to confront evil that presents itself within their family circles, somehow seeking to justify those who promote the change that must be confronted. That confrontation demands action of those who would call themselves God's people if they truly are worthy of being called by that appellation.

Luke 22:36KJV ³⁶Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one. The hatred that is faced daily for Christianity has manifested itself in the laws adopted by a society that has placed evil above good, in fact proclaiming that all demanded of us by God Himself is evil. We see it in the murder of unborn children, those murders protected by laws that proclaim the "rights" of the murderer while denying the rights of the unborn. We see it in the abomination that legalizes same sex marriage, protecting the "rights" of those violating God's law, and would imprison those who would stand up for God's interpretation of what a marriage is, and what the abomination being protected actually is....abomination unacceptable to God. therefore unacceptable to any who would honor Him instead of a corrupt society. That hatred demands that we arm ourselves as Jesus said in the verse quoted, and that action be taken to protect ourselves from those holding so deep a hatred of God that they would eliminate both us, and Him, if it were possible to continue the corruption being chosen....the evil being placed as good while placing good as somehow being evil. The time has come to take a stand, one way or the other if we are truly followers of Christ. Either we serve the King of kings, or we serve His self proclaimed enemies that surround us. 2 Timothy 1:12 ¹²For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.
