Troubles
Troubles
It is no secret that people in this time and place are experimenting difficulty and problems as never before. It is a time that friends should support each other when they are in trouble. They say practice makes perfect and our troubles are just beginning. Even now we read of police officers being ambushed and killed or maimed. Children are being abused and neglected, marriages are on the rocks. (1 Corinthians 7:28) “But and if thou marry, thou hast not sinned; and if a virgin marry, she hath not sinned. Nevertheless such shall have trouble in the flesh: but I spare you.” Family finances are meager and default when loan default is eminent. Marriage is discouraged by rules of government. Thus, unmarried cohabitants are shacking together to receive more government handout. (Proverbs 15:16) “Better is little with the fear of the LORD than great treasure and trouble therewith.” Men and women are turning against the natural use of their bodies sexually. Humans are slaying humans. Wars and threats of war abounds. In short, breaking one of God’s commandments is breaking all of them. However this perverse generation is not satisfied with that condition. They glorify in breaking each, one at a time, until all are null and void unto them.
God wrote that we can expect many kinds of distress and troubles in life; they will come. Hold fast to the faith of God’s mighty love and power. He will not allow us to suffer beyond what we can bare. Jesus said “let not your heart be troubled, ye believe in God believe also in me. He also said that He would never leave us. Whatever trouble you are having or that befalls you, God has your back; you are covered. Job 14:1 “Man that is born of a woman is of few days, and full of trouble.” (Job 5:7) “Yet man is born unto trouble, as the sparks fly upward.”
- Psalms 119:143 “Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me: yet thy commandments are my delights.” (Nahum 1:7) “The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him. (Matthew 9:35) “And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.” But the worst is yet to come: Matthew 24:21 “For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.” They who endure will hear:

Matthew
25:21 “...Well
done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful
over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter
thou into the joy of thy lord.”
Know God, know peace. Amen. O5/09/21 BLL
