Beyond the Universe

Beyond the Universe

The universe is all of space and time and their intertwined relationships. The planets, stars, galaxies, and all other forms of matter and energy spans eternity. The “Big Bang Theory” is the prevailing scientific description of the development of the universe. God's Word describes the creation of all things as "God said" and it was so. God alone defines the universe and beyond. Volumes are written concerning this thing that has baffled scientists for thousands of years and will continue to be undefined until after "heavens and earth" have passed away. Eternal, endless, unattainable, timeless, and sacred is an appropriate description from a spiritual standpoint.

But, according to the estimation of the scientific theory, space and time joined together nearly fourteen billion years past. Scientists declare that the universe has been expanding ever since. Well expanding from what to what? Catch a handful of a sweet-smelling spring breeze in your hand and spill it into a bottle for sale. While the spatial size of the entire universe is unknown, the cosmic inflation equation tells us that it must be 23 trillion light-years across the center of the ball; edge to edge. How can infinity have edges? Who said the universe was a bubble floating and inflating in some, as yet, undefined medium. No person living or dead has ever seen beyond the universe; if there is a beyond. The minuscule part scientists have been able to observe to date has been measured to be approximately 93 billion light-years in diameter at the present day. Light photons travel at a speed of over 299,000,000 yards in one second )186,000 miles per second). That speed is currently impossible to obtain physically. Spiritually, someday soon, I will traverse the entire universe and beyond in the twinkle of an eye. So will all of God's children and bride. Nothing and nobody can outrun, outdistance, out think, or even understand God's ways. Like the universe, He is eternal, omnipresent, omniscient, endless and the "Light" of the universe; which He holds in the palm of His hand.

Genesis Chapter 1:1 “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. 3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.”

Colossians 1:16 “For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:”
Revelation 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
Know God, know peace. Amen. 05/23/21 NLL
