The Renewing

THE RENEWING
In times of trouble and sorrow there is a tendency among people to slacken their trust and worship of God. This is not a proper response to personal, witnessed or world wide disasters. In this day, the earth is at bay from some ‘unknown’ invader. Many suffer from its sting and many die. Thousands tremble at the mention of its work and hunker behind locked doors and shields of protection. Still, it runs its course to the finish. This is not done by God though he seems silent. He is never taken by surprise. We all walk a course to our appointed time to return to our per existence. Release your clinched fists in a safe but livable manner and trust in God who is our great protector. Follow government imposed guidelines; they are designed to reduce risk. Humble your selves ye people of God and pray. This too shall pass. Hold fast to what you first believed.

Psalms 104: 29 “Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust. 30 Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth. 33 I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.”

Psalms 51:10 “Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.”

Isaiah 40:31 “...they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Isaiah 41:1 “... let the people renew their strength: … (Ephesians 4:23) “And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;”
Romans 12:2 “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

2 Corinthians 4:16 “For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.”

A Giving Heart

  A GIVING HEART “ Then the people rejoiced, for that they offered willingly, because with perfect heart they offered willingly to the LORD: and David the king also rejoiced with great joy.” (1 Chronicles 29:9) Israel’s people brought gifts for the construction of the holy temple in Jerusalem, it is mentioned no less than six times in this chapter that their offerings were willing offerings.   Each Day We can only live each day in its time frame. Yesterday, with its ups and downs is passed never to return. Tomorrow is a vision of hope not yet on the horizon. Today is the day the Lord has given us. Let Each Day We can only live each day in its time frame. Yesterday, with its ups and downs is passed never to return. Tomorrow is a vision of hope not yet on the horizon. Today is the day the Lord has given us. Lets make the best soldier for Him that we can while the day passes into yesterday. Each day bares its on unique set of events. Some recognizable some masked in ignorance. As we near the dawning of a new day, calling upon the Lord is a necessary activity. If we neglect the creat o r and giver of the new day, we simply cannot have a right spirit. Joy comes in the morning only through God’s book of promises.
