Forgive

FORGIVE

Love requires forgiveness. We are all creatures of habit and often sin; daily. Sometimes sins are small, sometimes large. All are equal before Sin and trespass is always against another, God or the Holy Spirit. What must we do?

Matthew 6:9 “After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. 10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. 11Give us this day our daily bread. 12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.”

Matthew 6:14 “For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:”
Matthew 6:15 “But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”
Luke 11:4 “And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.”
Matthew 12:31 “Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.”
Matthew 18:21 21 “Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? 22Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.”
Mark 11:25 “And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.”
Mark 11:26 “But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.”
Luke 6:37 “Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:”
Luke 17:3 “Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.”
Luke 17:4 “And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.
1 John 1:9 “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

It is better not to sin by breaking God’s commandments or by trespassing against His precepts. But if we do, follow his directives. Know God, Know peace. Amen. 06-26-2020 BLL
