The Place

THE PLACE
Somewhere, beyond the great divide, is a place where all is peace and tranquility. There is no suffering there; no tears or wishing for elsewhere to be. This place holds riches beyond measure. Made by God and shown to John, it is the size of earth’s moon: one fifth the size of earth. Jesus has prepared it for His children and he its light.. It is not a nursing home nor assisted living facility, It is awesome beyond belief. It is permanent, eternal as are its residents. It is built by the hands of Jesus. There are no fees, deposits or rent. It cannot be purchased. Faith alone places ones name and house number on the door lentil. It is ready for occupancy and the door is open. Let all who will go pack now for the trip.
Revelation 21:10 And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, 11 Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal; 12 And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:...16 And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal...19 And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones...21 And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold,...22 "...the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.” 23 “... the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof. 27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.
Revelation 7:17 For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

 3//27/13 “Remember from Whence Thou art Fallen” “Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.” (Revelation 2:5) Today we touch the untouchable book of Revelation, given to us by John of Patmos, through our Savior Jesus Christ himself. This particular message is one I have given before, in places where I knew none of the congregation, and had no idea why God wouldn’t let me preach from any other scripture.  It is probably one of the most important messages for the people of today’s church to hear. It is also probably the hardest for today’s “Christians” here in our country to comprehend, and even harder to accept. The Life is More than Meat  11/29/15 22  And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on. 23  The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment. (Luke 12:22 &23) Life is indeed more than meat, food, clothing and the things that are constantly demanding the attention of the physical, carnal man, whose concern for himself and those he considers his own, all too often revolve. Life also consists of the inner being, the soul of that man, and those he considers his own, and all others as well with whom he is in contact in the process of what is called living. It is that very essence of life, that eternal soul that holds preeminence and prominence above all physical “needs”.
