Accepting Christ

ACCEPTING CHRIST
Often times, with some folks, there is a reluctance to join Christ in the free pardon of their sins. Feeling the tug of the Holy Spirit is strange to them. The call is clear but alien. Fear of the unknown prevents their submission. Giving up the “good life” in an unwelcome thought. Following Gods guidelines for living a pure and wholesome life appears to them as impossible. Friends, some of which may be sharing the same inner turmoil, deter the change and vocalize rejection to their change. Many reasons stand between those in darkness and their coming to the light. The greatest block is the sin that most easily besets us; unbelief. Doubting the aspects of Christianity prevents acceptance. Cast aside all doubts and worry and come boldly before the throne of Grace where you will discover eternal life.
John 8:44 “Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”
Romans 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. 14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? 17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. 18 But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world.
If you suffer conviction and want deliverance and lack knowledge as what to do, go to some Godly person who will led you into path of righteousness. Know God know peace. Amen. 06-16-2020 BLL

A Giving Heart

  A GIVING HEART “ Then the people rejoiced, for that they offered willingly, because with perfect heart they offered willingly to the LORD: and David the king also rejoiced with great joy.” (1 Chronicles 29:9) Israel’s people brought gifts for the construction of the holy temple in Jerusalem, it is mentioned no less than six times in this chapter that their offerings were willing offerings.   Each Day We can only live each day in its time frame. Yesterday, with its ups and downs is passed never to return. Tomorrow is a vision of hope not yet on the horizon. Each day bares its on unique set of events. Some recognizable some masked in ignorance. As we near the dawning of a new day, calling upon the Lord is a necessary activity. If we neglect the creat o r and giver of the new day, we simply cannot have a right spirit. Joy comes in the morning only through God’s book of promises.
