Well

WELL
Well, it appears there has developed some complacency to COVID-19. Much as a skunk becomes acclimated to its own stink, weary people are beginning to relax and disregard governmental and personal safety practices. As a result there is a great danger of a second outbreak more prolific than the current pandemic. This might well be a reaction to frustration. It would be well if sinners, who have become so imbibed in sin that they no longer smell the stink of Satan's breath. They harden their heart saying “where is God in His coming. We’ve heard His day is at hand, well where is he.” Doubt is the medicine for their sin-filled mind. The day of the Lord and its near arrival is strong in the mind of most all Christians; as it should be. There is a well of water springing into their life with renewing power until that day.
Second Peter 2:13 And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceiving while they feast with you;”
Sins believed to be hidden in a professing soul are open before God. It is well for Christians for renew and recharge daily. Thus, they will escape becoming weak followers and defeated spirits in their relationship with God,
14 Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: in a heart they have exercised with covetous practices; are cursed children:
15 Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;
16 But was rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking with man's voice forbad the madness of the prophet.
17 These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.
John 4:6 Now Jacob's well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied with his journey, sat thus on the well: and it was about the sixth hour.
John 4:14 ”But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life
John 7:38 “He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
Romans 12:1 “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.”
Know God, know peace. Amen 06-32-2020
