There have been days and nights when hope seemed a pipers dream. I suppose most of us have experienced a depressing decline in hope when some tragedy has sailed us and brought us to our knees. That is exactly where hope is to be found. Jesus said that we should believe in Him when troubles abound. It appears that COVID-19 delivers little concern for some folks and their safety. They reject all precautions; bringing the threat to themselves and those around them. But, if the dastardly virus “strikes” home most will fall to their knees and call upon God for mercy. If they do so in a proper condition, He will hear and answer their prayers.
Matthew 11:28 “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Acts 2:25 “... David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved: 26 Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope:”

Romans 5:1 “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 3 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; 4 And patience, experience; and experience, hope:”

Romans 12:12 “Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; (Romans 8:24) “For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?
Romans 8:25 “But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.”
Hebrews 6:19 “Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul...”
1 Peter 1:13 “Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; (Romans 15:13) “Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.” Know God, know peace.   A GIVING HEART “ Then the people rejoiced, for that they offered willingly, because with perfect heart they offered willingly to the LORD: and David the king also rejoiced with great joy.” (1 Chronicles 29:9) Israel’s people brought gifts for the construction of the holy temple in Jerusalem, it is mentioned no less than six times in this chapter that their offerings were willing offerings.   Each Day We can only live each day in its time frame. Yesterday, with its ups and downs is passed never to return. Tomorrow is a vision of hope not yet on the horizon. Today is the day the Lord has given us. Let Each Day We can only live each day in its time frame. Yesterday, with its ups and downs is passed never to return. Each day bares its on unique set of events. Some recognizable some masked in ignorance. As we near the dawning of a new day, calling upon the Lord is a necessary activity. If we neglect the creat o r and giver of the new day, we simply cannot have a right spirit. Joy comes in the morning only through God’s book of promises.
