Marriage
(Hebrews 13:4)“Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.”

Many have contemplated and presented scenarios concerning the construction of the cause of the fall of Adam and Eve from the Grace of God. The Holy Spirit does not here intend to enter into the conjuring of unreal possibilities. Adam and Eve enjoyed a divine union from the voice of God Himself. He created a man in the fashion of men today and he made him a helpmate whom Adam called woman. God called them man and wife. They became as one flesh. The accepted institution of marriage has been between a man and woman. Adam was male. Eve was female. She was designed to bear children. Adam was male designed to propagate the process of conception by the female. God’s rule and order was for them to reproduce and build nations consisting of males and females like themselves who would likewise reproduce. That is the will of God today as well.

However, Satan entered in and as always and confused the issue. The bed of intimacy being shared by a female married to her male bed partner is precious to God. They are obedient and their bed is blessed. Married and consenting adult members of the opposite gender is accepted ad right in the sight of God. The total act of intimacy and copulation is sanctioned and approved. However, the “bed” has often been defiled, with all kinds of unhealthy and ungodly sexual perversions. “We are married in God’s eyes and don’t need the words of a preacher or a little piece of paper to solidify our union. Our love for one another is our bond of marriage. That’s a lie straight from the pits of hell; Satan methodology. He sells many lusts of the flesh as spiritually okay or at worst a small offense. He is a “blacked faced body of untruth.” and the father of all lies. He sanctions Adultery, fornication, prostitution, incest, bestiality, and all forms of sexual practice outside of heterosexual marriage relations. All are condemned by the Word of God. Marriages between any other than a man and a woman is also condemned. Indeed, “God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions” (Ecclesiastes 7:29). There is no way to reconcile the issue of marriage between a man and a woman when two members of the opposite gender meet and try to mate. Homosexual behavior is often mentioned in the Bible, and always explicitly condemned, even being called an “abomination” by the Lord (Leviticus 18:22-23). 22 “Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.

23 Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion.”

That is old testament stuff we are told in defense. We are in a new age. Thing’s aren't as they were “way” back then! Well, my friend, God never changes himself, His plans nor his attitude toward unforgiving sin.

Yes, times have changed but God has not. The so-called “gay” lifestyle has moved to the forefront in the devils bag of tools. Many say that it is now a normal option. They say now that even “same sex” marriages are acceptable. The devil convinces even practicing” Christians” that Premarital sex, as well as adultery, are very common thus acceptable, this attitude is all over the world, often even impacting Christian homes and churches. Indeed, the world has changed!

But God’s commandments and purposes have not changed. “For I am the LORD, I change not” (Malachi 3:6), He says. In the 66th book of the Bible, the glorified Christ said that “the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death” (Revelation 21:8).

The word “whoremongers,” incidentally, includes anyone who practices or promotes illicit sex of any kind and the Bible says that “whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.” However, God will forgive these type sins and cast them away never to be remembered again. First we must recognize them as sin, confess to God, ask forgiveness and accept God’s promise to eternal life. Know God, know peace. Amen 04-09-2019 BLL
