Blood Stains

Blood Stains
Isiah Chapter 1

15 And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.
16 Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;
17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.

Sin is very hateful to God. If we allow ourselves in contentious secret sin, or forbidden indulgences; if we reject the salvation of Christ, our very prayers will become abomination.

Wayward Christians are to not only feel sorrow for the sin they are openly or secretly committing, but must cease practicing any and all sin. Such cold and indifferent pseudo-Christians will become stale and useless if they hunker in a shale and sin no more. Reformed. It is necessary to be up and doing damage control; not standing idle for fear someone might criticize their past. It is a MUST that we be about doing the good works that the Lord our God requires. It is clearly stated in God’s word that His children are to fellowship in praise and glorifying Him. But, thank you Jesus, there is a Fountain opened, in which sinners of every age and rank may be cleansed. It’s water is blood and it flows from the cross on Calvary to makes fertile the River of Eternal Life. It comes directly from beneath the throne of God. Our sins have been as scarlet and crimson, in our original corruption, and afterwards in the many threads of actual transgression. Although we have too often dipped into sin, by sipping from the cup of Satan’s poison. There is no stain so great or deep that our Lord’s pardoning mercy will not remove their stain,(Ps 51:7). All should have the wonderful happiness and comfort they could desire. Life and death, good and evil, are set before us. O Lord, incline all of us to live to thy glory. After all life, death and resurection is for God’s glory. Let us always strive to please God. Know God, know peace. Amen. 11-30-2039 BLL
