Beyond the Dark

BEYOND THE DARK

Ecclesiastes 3: 1To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: 2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; 3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; 4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

God created light and by so doing time, which left an equal span of darkness. Time is confined to this earth and its inhabitants. Time suffers darkness to abide for a portion of each cycle given unto it. God decides, God divided. We know that we are to walk in the light as He is the light. Dark corners and the margin of darkness holds their warning signs. We Christians are to follow God’s instructions always. 1 Corinthians 13:12 “For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. Past the dark shadows of life all things are made known to us. In thet City prepared, old things will cease to exist and, haing arrived, we have no more darkness forever rather one eternal day. Beyond the dark is the glory which God promised those who endure to the end of time.

John was called up into heaven. What he saw he could not completely describe. He gave it a good effort. Job 37:18 “Hast thou with him spread out the sky, which is strong, and as a molten looking glass?” In study, isah by God Almighty so that seeing through his eyes we might visualize life past the darkness, John wrote, in part:
Revelation 21:2 “And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
Revelation 15:2 “And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.
Revelation 21:18 “And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.” Revelation 21:21 “And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.
Revelation 4:6 And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal:...”Revelation 21:1 “1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. 2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. 4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
The dark may block the glory of God while we look into it from the light of life. However, beyond the darkness, there are two eternal establishments made by God. One is unto darkness and death the other unto eternal light and life in heaven. When we see our Lord we will know Him because we will be like Him.
2 Corinthians 3:18 “But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. Beyond the dark all things will be made clear. We who serve the creator of all things will know eternal peace. With open arms, Jesus awaits our coming. He will meet us at the crossing and lead us into the light. Know God, know peace. Amen.02-12-2020 BLL
