THINGS
Philippians Chapter 4

8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

When God’s Children suffer unrelenting suffering, constant prayer is recommended. Not just our stated times for prayer, but continuous praying. We must strive to attend all worship services and give thanks to God for the blessings that we do still have. Heart given prayers and supplications will reach the throne of God. Approach the throne not only seek supplies of good, but confess the mercies we have received. God needs not to be told our wants or desires. he knows them better than we do. But, he will appreciate our stated value of His mercy, and recognize our dependence on him. The peace of God gives peace of mind. We get the comfortable sense of being reconciled to God; forgiven and cleaned. We shall experience the joy of having a part in his favor, and the hope of the heavenly blessedness. These things all together develop a greater good than can be fully expressed in words. The resulting peace will keep our hearts and minds calm through Christ Jesus. These things, if utilized, will keep us steadfast in the way. These things are our anchor in the storms of life. These things Jesus, the safe port, shelters our vessel from sinking under Satan driven storms. Job is a great example of these things in action. Our Lord will stay us and calm us with inward satisfaction. Christ’s chosen are to get and to keep a good name; a name for good things with God and good men. We must walk in the things of virtue and abide therein. Then, whether our praise is of men or not, it will be of God. The way to have the God of peace with us, is to keep close to the thing which are our duty. All our blessings and blood bought salvation arise in the free mercy of God. Yet, the enjoyment of them depends on our sincere and holy conduct. Hold fast to these things Paul said it: (1 Corinthians 13:7) Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

(2 Corinthians 4:18)
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

(Revelation 10:6) And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:
Be ready, clean and rightous when Jesus comes. Know God , know peace. Amen 12-02-2019 BLL.
