No Tears

Hospital parking lots and main lobbies are packed with weeping souls bent on being close to sick and dying loved ones. The Contra Virus keep families isolated from visitation. Some have their face masked; Some do not. All are shedding tears; some for self, some to God in prayer. Hospitals everywhere are overflowing. COVID-19 Has racked havoc on a people unprepared. Though God’s word lists things to come in the last days, God’s people look on with questioning tears. We suffer from unbelief while the world looks on and mocks. We who know God as our Father do not delight in suffering but none the less give glory to God for other blessings. One of which is death. Healing only if it pleases and glorifies God our Lord.
2 Kings 20:5 “Turn again, and tell Hezekiah the captain of my people, Thus saith the LORD, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will heal thee:” [Isaiah 38:5] “Go, and say to Hezekiah, Thus saith the LORD, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will add unto thy days fifteen years.

Palms 42:3 “My tears have been my meat day and night, while they continually say unto me, Where is thy God?”

Isaiah 25:8 “He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it.”
Psalms 126:5 “They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.”
Psalms 116:8 “For thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.”
Revelation 7:17 “For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. Revelation 21:4 “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.”

  A GIVING HEART “ Then the people rejoiced, for that they offered willingly, because with perfect heart they offered willingly to the LORD: and David the king also rejoiced with great joy.” (1 Chronicles 29:9) Israel’s people brought gifts for the construction of the holy temple in Jerusalem, it is mentioned no less than six times in this chapter that their offerings were willing offerings.   Each Day We can only live each day in its time frame. Yesterday, with its ups and downs is passed never to return. Tomorrow is a vision of hope not yet on the horizon. Each day bares its on unique set of events. Some recognizable some masked in ignorance. As we near the dawning of a new day, calling upon the Lord is a necessary activity. If we neglect the creat o r and giver of the new day, we simply cannot have a right spirit. Joy comes in the morning only through God’s book of promises.
