The Cradling

  The ages have rolled on while the Children of Light wait for Christ's revelation. Cradled in love, much as a babe in arms, we watch and wait. Certainly our Savor is ready to come and gather us into the promise solidified by His time on the cross. As the world hums, sorrow all around us, we hear only the sweet song of angels. Troubles seem so very, very far away. Cradled in the arms of Jesus we wait in peace silently. It is almost over; very soon now, very soon.
  Luke 2:25 “...there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout,... and the Holy Ghost was upon him. 26 And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord's Christ. 27 And he came by the Spirit into the temple: and when the parents brought in the child Jesus,... 28Then took he him up in his arms, and blessed God, and said, 29 Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to thy word: 30 For mine eyes have seen thy salvation,”
  Mark 9: 35 “And he [Jesus] sat down, and called the twelve, ,...36 And he took a child, and set him in the midst of them: and when he had taken him in his arms, he said unto them, 37 Whosoever shall receive one of such children in my name, receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me, receiveth not me, but him that sent me.”
  Mark 10:13 “And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them14But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. 15 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein. 16 And he took them up in his arms, put his hands upon them, and blessed them.”
 Luke 7:35 [Quoting Jesus]: “wisdom is justified of all her children.”
Galatians 4:28 “Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise. [Romans 8:16] “The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:”
  Ephesians 4:14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
  As His children, we are cradled in the arms of Love and suffer no pain of doubt. Know God, know peace. Amen 08-05-3030 BLL
