Rescued

RESCUED/DELIVERED

Since there is a burning hell; and, whereas the non-repentant wicked go there at death; and, since their lot is to burn forever without deliverance from the lake of fire, there is a heaven to gain this hell to shun. We waltz into this life as innocent little babes. Maturity carries us into the will of God that all should make a free will decision to serve Him or to remain fleshly serving the evil heart. Once death has overtaken a body of sin, there is no rescue from the fire that was prepared for the devil and his angels. Flames hotter than the blazing sun will torment their soul forever. They shall never die. Who are these who perish? How do we know them?
1 John 4:3 “And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.”
Galatians 5: “Works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
Daniel 6:27 He delivereth and rescueth, and he worketh signs and wonders in heaven and in earth, who hath delivered Daniel from the power of the lions.
Daniel walked a walk of faith and refused to submit to the well plans of Satan as did Apostle Paul as well. Acts reports of Paul:
Acts 23:27 “This man was taken of the Jews, and should have been killed of them: then came I with an army, and rescued him, having understood that he was a Roman”
Arrested for working a work for the Lord, the Disciple Peter sat one night bound in prison and he was delivered from his bonds by an angel of light and went to the door of an unfaithful prayer group that was praying to God for his release. (Acts 12) 8 “And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals. And so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me. 9 And he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he saw a vision. 10 When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord: and they went out, and passed on through one street; and forthwith the angel departed from him.
Many have been delivered but Jesus would not deliver himself from the cross. He kept the will of the Father. He died there on the cross of redemption. He stayed there that you and I could escape the flames of hell and dwell in the house of God forever. His corpse was delivered from the cross by a follower.
Matthew 27:57 “When the even was come, there came a rich man of Arimathaea, named Joseph, who also himself was Jesus' disciple: 58 He went to Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus. Then Pilate commanded the body to be delivered. 59 And when Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, 60 And laid it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock: and he rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulchre, and departed.”
Rescued from the cross and delivered to a borrowed tomb, Jesus would deliver himself from death and hell back into the world of the living. Seen of many, he testified of His kingdom to come and afterwards ascended back into heaven where he waits for the fulfilling of time to return and finish His creative work.
Romans 4:25 “Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification. (Colossians 1:10) “That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; 11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; 12  Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: 13  Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: 1 Thessalonians 1:10  And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.” Know God, know peace. Amen. 04-23-2020 BLL
