# 9 End Time Sign - INCREASE IN SIN
Matthew 24:12 ...'And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.'
We don’t have to look far to find signs all around us which the bible lists as appearing in abundance in the end time. Disrespect and illegal actions will become more and more frequent and harsh. Acts of: Idolatry, Adultery, Violence, Lust, Greed, Disrespect, Homosexuality, Thieving, Lying, Aggression, Selfishness. Hate, rioting and self abuse, just to mention a few, is very evident today. This is Biblical signs being fulfilled in our day; no question about it.! Let your mind drift back over the sixty years or so. You will not view anywhere near the quantity and intensity of the sin and wickedness that we see in people today. One has but to press the TV remote to ‘on’ to have the vileness present revealed right in the viewing room. The movies and video games that we allow our children to participate in are altogether a training field for corruption: Violence, lust and all manner of evil. Take note that this is one of the major end of time signs listed in the Word of God. Our society today is experiencing the burden of sin with its rewards and God will not allow it to continue for much longer. Sin has increased and the worst thing about "sin" today is that it has been made into "ENTERTAINMENT"! Through movies, television programs, radio, magazines, comics, you name it! All can see much, some can see more. There are organizations and sects that go beyond depravity behind the locked doors of secrecy bought by filthy lucre. The majority of people in this world today, including professed Christians are happily entertained by the very thing that put the Son of God on the cross! What an abomination! It’s a flat insult flung into the face of God.
Take note, it’s not just about the sins of non Christians. A sure sign that we are living in the end times is the fact that the Christian churches are full of unconverted, sin loving people. Church leaders openly admitting that they only pretended to serve Christ. Even Donald Trump was quoted, as he entered a campaign meeting in California and being ask by if a Christian if he ever had ask God’s forgiveness: “I have done nothing to ask forgiveness for.” Many folks in the church ave been taught and think that they don't need to keep the ten commandments, and can continue living in sin, as long as they pay their tithes, speak the name of Jesus and go to church once a week. We have arrived at that proverbial point of no return. End Time Sign – We witness church goers turning from the true gospel of God. II Timothy 4:3-4 ...'For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.'
What more do we seek as a sign. We witness this clearly and widely practiced today. This falling has certainly been fulfilled in our generation. A great majority of professing Christians these days do not study the Bible. Instead they just rely on their pastor's word as the truth and maybe read a verse or two weekly. Let me give you an example. Back during the Protestant reformation, where many people died standing up for the truth of God's Word. God revealed a great truth to the world about identity of the antichrist. All of the church reformers knew the truth about the Roman Catholic Church being the Bible antichrist. But as time has gone on and false teachers have crept into the churches, the majority of Protestants now reject this great truth that God opened up to the early Protestant leaders, and they now accept that antichrist church and have become a part of Babylon! The reformation movement failed because Godly followers did not continue seeking the truth. Although God does and will always have a remnant church with the full gospel truth, we now live in a day where the majority have turned away from the truth and been turned to fables.
