Know Peace

Know Peace

Peace is a product of love. Only through deep love will you discover God and in God there is peace. God is love. Pour out love with legs one to another and don’t expect anything in return. When we love with conditions attached, our unmet expectations can create inner turmoil and feelings of resentment. A mind without the security of knowing God is grieved. It has no lasting peace.

Those who love one another are heard laughing often. Peace of mind is better when you have a laughter-filled life. Laughter is a great antidote for stress and releases hormones that help us relax. (Ecclesiastes 3:4) “A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance”

Instead of worrying about the past or panicking about the future, enjoy the here and now while looking toward a perfected eternal life. Jesus said, “your time is always.” That’s all we have — this moment in time.

Romans 13:11 “And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.

2 Corinthians 6:2 “(...have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)”

When we fully concentrate on the present, the concerns of the past and worries of the future can’t stagger us. (Psalms 118:24) “This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” There are some things that you just cannot change, no matter how hard you try.

Tribulation generates patience, be mindful and enjoy your Christian life in the moment with love, joy, and understanding. (Romans 2:7) “ To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life: (James 1:4) “But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.”

The most important ways to achieve peace of mind involve holding fast your belief. Life is uncertain and changes certain. (Revelation 3:11) “Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.”

1 John 4:12 “No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.” (1 John 4:18) “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear:”

Now I say: (Thessalonians 3:5) “And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ.” (2 Samuel 22:33) “God is my strength and power: and he maketh my way perfect.”

Know God, know peace. Amen. 06/08/21 BLL
