Let Them Hear what the Spirit says to the Churches 11/14/18

Revelation 3:14-22 ¹⁴"To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: These are words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God's creation. ¹⁵I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! ¹⁶So, because you are lukewarm-neither hot nor cold-I am about to spit you out of my mouth. ¹⁷You say, 'I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.' But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. ¹⁸I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see. ¹⁹Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest and repent. ²⁰Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. ²¹To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne. ²²

Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches." If ever the time to hear will come, it has come amid the furor and uproar that accompanies the mass media flood of information and disinformation heard from the pulpits of the "churches" as well as from the screams of a mass media bent on brainwashing any willing to hear the solutions touted by men to the problems touted by and magnified by those same men through the very media intended to inform rather than educate and point to the TRUUTH. The repentance demanded by none less than Christ himself is ignored as the braggadocio of financial esteem, and popularity displaces the preaching of the gospel that, alone, has cause for braggadocio and promise, not from the efforts and apparent success of the churches flagrantly, unashamedly promoting financial success and success of the numbers participating in the promiscuous prosperity being measured by the yardsticks of men, rather than being measured by the plum-bob given by God himself. How nude, how hollow the "religion" accepted by the masses becomes once the magnifying glass of the creator is applied, and judgment of that "religion" is given by the creator. Requirement for individual repentance, and individual action are bypassed for ceremony and mutual congratulation supplant the remembrance of the necessity to remain constant and steadfast to the original intent that the first love remain the first love, that of Christ, in all that is said, done and promoted by the gatherings that would exclude all other gatherings than their own from the promise of the reward, and at the same time exclude the need to hear the warning sounded for repentance that is given as precursor and prerequisite for that promise. No matter the tolerant inclusiveness of each gathering of their own exclusion of God's laws, God's commandments, God's commands, needed to attain that promise that is ETERNAL LIFE, Eternal wealth of SOUL rather than wealth of corrupt body, those gatherings become ever more visible in the nudity and poverty that actually exist because of their failure to follow the single commandment left by Christ, the single message given by Christ unheard and unheeded in exchange for the warm fuzzy promoted without to regard to any fear of having failed to meet the requirement that allows the promise to be extended ONLY to those in compliance, total compliance through faith in the sacrifice given BY Christ, and through compliance of the sacrifices demanded of them through Christ as well. 2 Timothy 3:1-7

1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,

7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth,

The knowledge of that truth, the TRUTH that IS Christ Jesus, that IS acceptance of His sacrifice, that remain HIs blood, that remains compliance with HIS teachings in regard to living life, the importance of treasures stored in heaven rather than so closely guarded earthly treasures that have no place alongside the treasures laid up for the immortal soul is paramount for the believer that would heed the command to endure until his return and the granting of that precious treasure of ETERNAL LIFE!

Look closely at which treasure is being guarded, which treasure hold the greatest importance, remembering that the temporal timeline is indeed short, as is the length of time for the value of temporal treasure, but eternity REMAINS eternal as does the treasure promised those who are willing to search for and find it...Through Christ Jesus...not through the world!

I value the blessings given through my brethren who hold the true treasures, willing to share them with all who can and will accept them.

I sorrow for all unable to hear or see the blessings given them that shine brightly through to others if they have heard and heeded, but rather become a millstone for those refusing to accept and share that precious gift given us by Christ.
