A simple single prayer

May the message of Christ, that of redemption through repentance ,be the message that be heard this day, not that brought by the prince of this world that remains a lie.

Promise

  Promise Only God can soothe the striving, immortal soul. He made the heart for His glory. Only He can fill it with peace and love. That is a promise that He made to those who fulfill His purpose in our creation. Though it is a simple manner to return to God and serve His purpose he is a complex ruler of the universe. A God of peace, a God of war, he cuddles His own and chastens them. The enemy of God can expect stern reduction in numbers beneath His two edged sword. We are to walk circumspectly in his ways, rightly dividing the instructions in His Word. As iron sharpens iron, Christians sharpen one another. We must police our own. Consider this: Two little children went into the creek side meadow to run and play. Adults knew the danger but hoped they would be okay. A Giving Heart

  A GIVING HEART “ Then the people rejoiced, for that they offered willingly, because with perfect heart they offered willingly to the LORD: and David the king also rejoiced with great joy.” (1 Chronicles 29:9) Israel’s people brought gifts for the construction of the holy temple in Jerusalem, it is mentioned no less than six times in this chapter that their offerings were willing offerings. In fact, they were not only willing but it also brought rejoicing in their hearts. They were building a worship house. It was a sacred place, a place belonging to all who would come to worship.
